We have compiled a list of questions that we receive regularly from our customers that will hopefully help you.

- How long will delivery take?

Manufacturing time is up to 10 working days. Delivery once dispatched is usually within a couple of working days in the UK and around a week for overseas orders.

- Can I pay extra for 24 hour delivery?  

Unfortunately we cannot offer a 24 hour service as we make all the outfits to order. However if you do need an outfit quickly we do now offer a fast dispatch section containing some ready made outfits, or get in touch with us to see if there's anything else we can do to help.

 - What size should I order?

You can check your size by measuring yourself and comparing this to our size chart. Please do not order based solely on shop sizes you usually buy as often these can vary wildly.

If you find you do not fit into any of our sizes, order as normal , and contact us by phone or email to let us know your measurements and we will then make the oufit to fit.

- I've seen an outfit I like but not in the colour I want?

That's no problem, We will custom make any outfit in any colour you require. For many outfits you can specify all colour preferences at the time of ordering, but if these options do not show on your outfit then just order as normal and email or phone us to let us what colour you'd like - best of all we do not charge anything extra for custom colours! Please be aware that we do not accept returns for custom colours.

- I'd like to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, how do I do this?

Work out the total cost including postage of the outfit, make a cheque or postal order payable to 'Pen & Lolly', and send this along with your order to the address in our contact details.

- I'd like to try an outfit on before I buy. Is there a Stockist near me?

We have a number of stockists around the UK, who hold a selection of clothing instore. Go to the stockists section to view these.

- Do you have a catalogue you can send to me?

Our online catalogue has all the latest outfits, and by keeping our catalogue online, we can keep our prices down without the overheads of producing brochures, savings are then passed on to you.

- I can't see anything I like, can you make something especially for me?

We can create a custom outfit just for you, whether is be a twist on one of our current designs, a crazy colour combination or something totally unique, and it won't cost as much as you think. Call us to discuss your requirements and how we can help.

- Is it possible to personalise my outfit with my name or logo?

We can offer a custom printing service to personalise your outfits for an additional charge. We have a good range of strong and UV reactive vinyl printing colours available. Please contact us to discuss any requirements.
