EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Please note that we do not hold stock, and that your order will be made to your specification in our workshop after you have placed your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns except in the unlikely event we have made an error.

On receiving your order please ensure that you have the design , size & colour you ordered. If you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately to let us know, then carefully repack leaving labels attached and return to us within 10 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted where prior agreement has been made with us. We ask that all returns are made using a tracked service and that proof of posting is retained until the item is confirmed as received by us.

All items are made to order, therefore only order the outfit you would like and the correct size. If you are at all unsure about the size then please contact us first and we will advise you.

We reserve the right to give refunds at our discretion and will inspect all items to ensure they have not been worn, marked or damaged in any way. We will not accept an item returned that is not in the condition it was sent in, or appears to be worn. You may also be charged a 15% restocking fee where applicable.

Items made to the customers specific measurements or non standard colour choices are not returnable.
