SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES

Please allow 10-14 days for the manufacture of your custom made clubwear, up to the point where your order is dispatched.

Once your item is dispatched, UK delivery generally takes up to a couple of working days. However, delivery times can be longer over holiday periods. If you need to have your order quickly or specify a delivery date then we do have a Special Delivery option available - however you MUST agree this with us first before ordering with this option.

Shipping outside of the UK will usually take around a week after your item is dispatched, however we cannot take responsibility for delays due to outside factors such as postal services or Customs once your item is dispatched. Please allow up to 28 days for overseas orders to allow for any delays which may occur during international shipping.

Please DO NOT LEAVE ORDERING TOO LATE! If you need your outfit for a special event - be sure to allow time to include the manufacture AND shipping of your garments. We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks within the UK and 4 weeks outside of the UK before your event. If you are unsure if there will be enough time for your order to reach you, then please contact us when ordering to let us know the date of your event. - We will always do our very best to get your special outfit to you in time if we are given the information, but if we don't know about it then we can't help you.

ALL THAT BEING SAID, IT DOESN'T HURT TO GIVE US A RING AS IN SOME CASES WE CAN GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU NEXT DAY IF GIVEN ENOUGH NOTICE!! - Please also see our new fast dispatch section wth in stock ready-made outfits. All ready made outfits will be dispatched no later than the following working day - if you require same day dispatch please contact us and if we can do it we will!

We will not be held responsible for items delayed in the post. Once your item is dispatched  within 14days from the date of ordering, or the following working day in the case of weekend or bank holiday orders, then we are deemed to have fulfilled our commitment to dispatch your order in the time stated. If for any reason we go over this time we will upgrade your delivery to Special Delivery within the UK, or Airsure for overseas orders at our own cost, to ensure your order still reaches you within an acceptable time period.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK we CANNOT guarantee a delivery time. We use tracked Airmail and Airsure services which have a delivery aim of 5 and 4 working days respectively, however there is no guarantee and we will not be held responsible for delayed items. Please allow up to 28days for delivery.

We deliver in the UK using Royal Mail for which there will be a Postage & Packaging charge which is caluculated on check out dependent on the size of your order.

If you are ordering from outside the UK your shipping charge will also be calculated on check out.

Customers ordering from outside the UK will be liable for the import taxes related to the country of delivery.
