EXCHANGES & REFUNDS Please note that we do not hold stock and that your order will be made to you specification in our workshop after you have placed your order. On receiving your order please ensure that you have the design , size & colour you ordered. If you have received the wrong item please contact us to let us know then carefully repack leaving labels attached and return to us within 10 days. All items are made to order, therefore only order the outfit you would like and the correct size if you are unsure of your size ring us first and we will advise you. We reserve the right to give refunds at our discretion and will inspect all items to ensure they have not been worn we will not accept an item that is not in the condition it was sent in, or appears to be worn. You may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items made to the customers specific measurements or non standard colour choices are not returnable.
